Important Information and Terms & Conditions for booking:

The above special rates at the Official hotels are valid for a booking & advance received at the earliest and no later than 30th November 2006. Thereafter rates are subject to increase and rooms subject to availability.

• All the hotels selected are in close proximity to the venue - Pragati Maidan.
• Please note the distance and traveling time (by car) are approximate.
• Special room rates in US$ (US Dollar) / INR (Indian Rupees) are per room per night and include the room rent with daily buffet breakfast at coffee shop. Applicable taxes are extra.
• Airport transfers are included for all Club category rooms & also complimentary arrival transfers for all other room categories at Deluxe hotels only.
• Special US$ rates are applicable to all foreign participants and Non-resident Indians. INR (Indian Rupee) rates are valid for Indian citizens.
• Tax structure (EXTRA)
  12.5 % hotel luxury tax on the published tariff (rack rates)
  1.22 % service tax on total invoice.
• Please specify the room type required to be booked. For eg: Single, Large-bedded
  Double, Twin (separate)-bedded double, Non-smoking.
• Any other meals are not included.
• Room check-in / check-out time is 12 noon. If arriving late night / early morning,
  the same has to be booked from the previous night for immediate occupancy.
• Rooms have to be booked by submitting a TWO night's non-refundable advance at the earliest through either of the three modes of payment specified in "Hotel Accommodation / Tour booking Form"
• All advance payments made are non-refundable.
• Dates before 12th February and after 17th February, 2006, need to be confirmed separately.
• Rooms are available strictly on a first-come-first-serve basis and will be confirmed only on payment of advance. As the dates are the peak most Inbound tourist and Conference season in Delhi, it is advisable to book your room(s) well in advance, to avoid a waitlist status and disappointment later.
• Filling the hotel accommodation booking form & sending the same to International Travel House Ltd., New Delhi, can book rooms.
• All taxes (service tax / hotel luxury tax) are Government mandated and may change / increase / decrease. The tax structure applicable during event dates to apply.
